Ingredients
- 240 g of Tipiak Organic Gourmand Quinoa
- 2 oranges
- 80 g of dry figs
- 80 g of dates
- Juice of one orange
- Salt, pepper
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of powdered cinnamon
Preparation
- Cook the Organic Gourmand Quinoaas indicated on the box, strain it and save in a salad bowl
- Meanwhile, peel and dice the oranges
- Slice the dates and the figs
- Once the Quinoa is cold, add the orange pieces, figs, dates, orange juice, salt and pepper
- Mix honey with lemon juice and cinnamon
- Pour it on the quinoa mix and delicately stir
- Serve immediately in plates or in individual verrines
Suggestion:
- During summer, you can prepare this salad with fruits like strawberries, raspberries, supplemented with mint or basil
