Ingredients
- 2 English breakfast tea bags
- 500ml boiling water
- 500ml sparking water
- ½ apple, finely sliced
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 lime, sliced
- Ice to serve
Method:
- Pour the boiling water over the tea bags and allow it to draw for 4 minutes, remove the bags and allow the tea to cool down, once cool place the tea into the refrigerator to chill.
- Add the water, apple, cinnamon and lime, allow to infuse for 15 minutes and then serve over ice.
