Ingredients:

  • 2 Ryvita
  • 1 small handful salad greens
  • 30ml almond butter
  • 4 pieces dried banana
  • 20ml Greek yoghurt
  • 15ml chopped roasted almond

Method:

  1. Arrange the greens onto the Ryvita
  2. Add the almond butter, banana and yoghurt.
  3. Sprinkle the almonds over the top.
